No call centres or call waiting, you will always speak to the same person and our Home Inspectors will always be available to answer any questions or queries you might have. We understand that this process can be very confusing; we are available to talk through your concerns and explain anything that doesn’t make sense. We are happy to work with you directly or via your estate agent. As we are a Home Information Pack provider we can take care of as much or as little as you wish. We can look after the whole process for you, rather than paying a conveyancer for all of your searches and a home inspector, for your EPC or HCR, we can do it all and provide you with a colour bound report detailing everything a seller needs to know about your property. Or if you are just interested in finding out your home energy assessment, how you can improve it and save money on your household bills, we can do that for you too. Please remember that whilst you may find the process of providing a home information pack annoying or tiresome, you will benefit when you go to purchase your next property, as all of this information will be provided to you up front, allowing you to make a decision on your dream home the instant you view it, with no nasty surprises. We produce, as standard, one colour bound copy of the HIP and a PDF electronic version on CD so additional copies can be produced for potential buyers. Additional hard copies can be purchased if required. We will also send the HIP, via Email or Post, to your chosen Estate Agent to ensure that your property can be marketed immediately.
