| The cost
for a Home Information Pack is £350,
this includes all Conveyancing fees, the Energy Performance Certificate,
1 colour bound copy of the HIP plus an additional copy on a CD. Any additional paper copies are charged at £8 per bound copy. If you wish to add a Home Condition Report to your HIP there is an additional charge based on the area in which you live and the size of your property & surrounding grounds. Please contact us for an instant, personalised quote based on your circumstances. To give you an idea of the cost involved have a look at the map below. A 3 bedroomed house in Zone A will cost you an additional £150, in Zone B £165 and Zone C £180. If you live outside of Zone C or on the Isle of Wight we can help you too, just give us a call.
